糖度8−13度で、甘いです。訳あり品です。
色、形が悪く、出荷できないものを販売しています。
柔らかめの品種ですが、朝収穫したばかりなので、さっくりとした歯ごたえのある硬めの食感です。
真っ赤になっている部分は少し柔らかい食感です。

ちよひめは、6月のはじめにできる早生品種で、柔らかめの品種です。
味は川中島白桃にさらに酸味を加えたような味です。
新鮮な桃ですので、硬い部分もありますが、数日置くと柔らかくなります。
到着後、お好みの柔らかさで、ご自身のタイミングでお召し上がりください。
（桃は時間が経って柔らかくなっても、糖度は上がりませんのでご了承ください。）

We are selling peaches that cannot be shipped to regular markets due to irregular color or shape.
While Chiyohime is naturally a softer variety, these have just been harvested this morning, so they currently have a crisp and firm texture.
Note: Parts that are bright red may feel slightly softer.

Chiyohime is an early-season, naturally softer variety harvested in early June. Its flavor profile is similar to Kawanakajima Hakuto but with a touch more pleasant tartness.
Since these are fresh peaches, some parts will still be firm, but they will soften if left at room temperature for a few days. Please enjoy them at your preferred level of softness whenever you like!
(Please note: While peaches soften over time, their sugar content/sweetness does not increase after harvest.)
