2024年より、AZ Consulting Firmを運営するAZ(37歳)とその夫AD(51歳)が、親戚の桃畑を引き継ぎ、AZ Misaka Farm（アズミサカファーム）を立ち上げました。
今年2025年からは、農協正規組合員となり、正式にAZ Misaka Farmとして正真正銘の”農家”になりました。
AZは桃の繁忙期だけ埼玉県川口市から御坂町へ単身赴任をしていましたが、今年は、ほぼ住んでいる・・・！？ADは毎週車で往復。AZの桃畑を手伝う日々。どっちが単身赴任してるのか！？わからなくなってきた今日このごろ。
昨年１年間の見習い期間を経て、独り立ちし始めたAZ Misaka Farm。今年は平日の桃狩りにも挑戦する予定。桃の収穫期（販売）は7月はじめから8月終わりまで続きます。桃の育成と農家経営、昨年は売上の４０％が経費でした。。。今後どうなることやら。
人生をかけて日本一美味しい桃を作る！という目標を立て、頑張っていきます。一番と言わずとも、せめて日本のTop10は目指したい。
畑は全部で2300平方メートル、桃の木は44本と、今のところは小規模農家。
しかし、これからどんどん大きくしていきますよ！
そして、今年は、去年より絶対に美味しい桃ができる！断言できる！

さて、2025年の桃は、品種別に販売します。もちろん品種おまかせでの販売もあります。

＊品種は、①ゆめみずき、②あかつき、③浅間白桃、④なつっこ、⑤川中島白桃、⑥さちあかね、⑦さくら　という８品種を育てています。
＊2025年の発送期間は7月10日頃から8月30日頃までとなります。
＊品種おまかせの場合は、主に1-2種類（たまに3種類）の品種を１箱に梱包して、一つずつ、どの桃がどの品種かわかるように発送しています！！

Welcome to AZ Misaka Farm – Grown with Heart in Misaka, Yamanashi
AZ Misaka Farm is a small but passionate peach farm located in Misaka Town, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Originally run by a relative named Mitsuru, the farm has entered a new chapter since 2024, when AZ (age 37), who operates AZ Consulting Firm, and her husband AD (age 51), began helping out seriously in the orchard. In 2025, AZ officially took over the farm, became a member of the local agricultural cooperative, and launched her journey as a full-fledged farmer.
Last year, AZ commuted from Kawaguchi City, Saitama during the peach season—but this year, she’s almost living in Misaka full-time! What will happen to the AZ & AD household? How did the peaches turn out this year!? After a year of hands-on training, AZ Misaka Farm is proudly stepping into its own.
From July through August, we offer direct peach sales and peach-picking experiences at the orchard. With a goal of growing the most delicious peaches in Japan, we’re putting our hearts into every step—from nurturing the trees to managing the business.
Our orchard covers 2,300 m² with 44 peach trees—a small-scale operation, but we’re just getting started. This year’s peaches are even better than last year’s (overall quality)!
2025 Peach Season – Variety-Based Sales
We grow eight varieties of peaches:
Yumemizuki / Akatsuki / Asama Hakuto / Natsukko / Kawanakajima Hakuto / Sachiakane / Sakura
Our shipping period is from around July 10 to August 30. Every 7–10 days, the available variety changes. When you choose the "Farmer’s Choice Box", we’ll include 2–3 varieties per box, clearly labeled so you can enjoy comparing them. Tasting and comparing different peach varieties is one of the unique pleasures of shopping at AZ Misaka Farm!
