>見た目：鮮やかな薄赤色。果肉は乳白色。2025年は桃袋栽培を行わず2024年より糖度を1−2度上げて栽培が可能となりました！
>来歴：あかつきは福島県の桃の代表品種です。かつて福島県で桃を栽培していた農家が、白鳳と白桃の交配によってつくりあげたことにあります。”あかつき”という品種名の由来は、福島県福島市に古くから伝わる伝統の祭り「あかつき祭り」にちなんだ名前です。あかつきは他の品種や果物と比較しても特に糖度が高く、甘酸適和の優良品種で、皇室に献上される最高峰の桃としても知られています。

<<Peach Variety : Akatsuki>>
>Flavor Profile: Medium acidity, soluble solids, moderately dense, low fiber, very juicy
>Peach Size: Approximately 300g to 400g per fruit
>Appearance: right light red skin; milky white flesh. In 2025, we are cultivating without fruit bags, resulting in 1–2 degrees higher sugar content compared to 2024!
>Origin: atsuki is a flagship peach variety from Fukushima Prefecture. It was developed by local farmers through crossbreeding of Hakuhō and Hakutō peaches.
The name "Akatsuki" is inspired by the traditional Akatsuki Matsuri, a long-standing festival in Fukushima City.
This variety is known for its exceptionally high sugar content and perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It is regarded as a premium variety, even selected as a gift to the Imperial Family.
