>来歴：山梨県北杜市須玉町の桜井昭八氏が「川中島白桃」をもとに品種改良した桃。果実が丸く大きいため、贈答用に適しているが、山梨県での生産者は少ない。

>Flavor Profile: Low acidity, non-melting, ultra-dense flesh, no noticeable fibers, medium juiciness
>Peach Size: Approximately 400g to 500g per fruit
>Appearance: Red skin with milky white flesh
>Origin: The "Sakura" peach was bred by Mr. Akihachi(or Shohachi) Sakurai in Sudama Town, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, based on the Kawanishi Hakuto variety. With its large, round shape, it is well-suited for gift-giving. However, it remains a rare variety due to the limited number of growers in Yamanashi.
